Intr-un top al celor mai frumoase stadioane, recent realizat de revista The Times (da, chiar aia!), stadionul echipei Dinamo Bucuresti este prezent pe locul 8. Cand am citit, am ramas socat. Cum poate sa spuna cineva despre acest stadion ca e frumos? O fi vorba de harsaitul umor englezesc, mi-am zis. Iata descrierea din Times:
A running track is normally enough to destroy a stadium’s credibility. However, Dynamo Bucharest’s ground is a masterpiece of Cold War chic. You are greeted by Stalinist statues before arriving at a sunken bowl. A wide staircase behind the goal takes you pitchside — you can imagine a baby’s pram rattling down the stairs — and the closest thing to executive boxes are the balconies of neighbouring tower blocks.
Misterul a fost dezlegat de un cititor istet din Romania. E vorba de stadionul din Minsk, al echipei cu acelasi nume. A fost o greseala, puteti lua loc.
